I scheduled to see just one place with Ploykan Property but when they saw I was not in love with the first place not only did they give me other options they also were kind enough to drive us as we were relying on Grab to get us from place to place. When I was in Hua Hin, Ploykan helped me visit rental properties. Me being a picky person, I had very strict requirements. I was surprised to find how Ploykan not only paid very close attention to my requirements, she also worked very efficiently to make sure that my requirements were met. She can also do multi tasking. While I would be walking out of units and walk back to the car, she would call the landlords or call for a few more condos. She is exceptionally good. If you are in Hua Hin, I definitely recommend that you take her services if you are looking for any property to buy or rent.
