⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Ploykan! As a family with three children, we were looking for a very specific type of villa in Hua Hin: spacious, unfurnished, and suitable for our family’s needs. Finding the right property wasn’t easy, but Ploykan did an outstanding job from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, took the time to truly understand our wishes, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She arranged property viewings, listened carefully to our feedback, and was always reliable, professional, and extremely well-organized. Her excellent English made communication effortless, and we especially appreciated her honest, transparent, and straightforward approach. Throughout the entire process, from the first viewings to negotiating the details and signing the rental agreement, she provided excellent advice and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Thanks to Ploykan, we found our perfect family home in a surprisingly short time! We are genuinely grateful for all her help and would absolutely work with her again in the future. If you’re looking for a property in Hua Hin, we wholeheartedly recommend Ploykan and Ploykan Property. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏😊

We rented a Pool Villa with Ploykan for a few months. She is one of the best agents you'll ever find. Ploykan found us the ideal place to stay and was always available to answer any questions. Ploykan is the real deal. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with her exceptional service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ploykan. The home you found for us was beautiful and it felt like a little paradise to us.

Ploykan helped us very kindly and competently with our house search. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend her. You won't find a better real estate agent in Hua Hin. We look forward to working with her again and wish her many more satisfied clients like us.

I had the good fortune of working with Ploykan on my recent trip to Hua Hin. She has an expert knowledge of the rental community and was able to help me find a perfect home that fit my needs and my budget. I found her to be friendly, professional, prompt and eager to help. It is rare to find a real estate agent who is so motivated by the desire to serve and less driven by the desire to earn a commission. Ploykan Properties has my highest endorsement.

CASSIE SULLIVAN

I scheduled to see just one place with Ploykan Property but when they saw I was not in love with the first place not only did they give me other options they also were kind enough to drive us as we were relying on Grab to get us from place to place. Once I found a place Ploykan was there to guide me through all the paperwork and after moving in still stayed in contact checking in on how everything was going!

PAMELA KINDRED

Ploykan is a great real estate agent. She takes her time to make sure you are happy with the home you want. She listens to what you want in a home and she finds it for you. I highly recommend Ploykan to everyone, she is the best in Hua Hin. Thank you for everything Ploy. If I could give 10 stars I would.

SIRI
