4. Smooth Move-In
To ensure a seamless transition, we’ll document the property’s condition at move-in. This includes taking photo evidence of utility meter readings (water and electricity) and a comprehensive record of the property’s condition, appliances, and accessories.

How much is your Commission?
Our commission is the standard market rate: one month’s rent for a one-year lease, or 10% of the total rent for leases less than one year.
Do we need an exclusive contract?
An exclusive contract is not required, though many clients prefer it for the added benefits.
