4. Smooth Move-In
To ensure a seamless transition, we’ll document the property’s condition at move-in. This includes taking photo evidence of utility meter readings, furniture, appliances, accessories etc.

How much is your Commission?
Standard market rate: one month’s rent for a one-year lease, or 10% of the total rent for leases less than one year.
